Kai Pflaume

Kai Pflaume is one of the best-known presenters in Germany. One of his greatest successes is the programme "Nur die Liebe zählt" (Only love counts), which he presented for 18 years, reuniting many a couple or helping them to make very special marriage proposals. In public opinion polls, he was often voted the most popular TV presenter for his show.

Together with his colleague Stefan Raab, he presented "TV total Turmspringen" and the "Wok World Championships". He has also presented "Rich List - Jede Antwort zählt", "Yes we can Dance", "Star Quiz mit Kai Pflaume" and "Klein gegen Groß - Das unglaubliche Duell".

Pflaume was honoured with the Bavarian Television Award for the four-part reportage series "Show me your world", in which young people with Down syndrome share their everyday lives with viewers. He appeared as host and dialogue partner.

Kai Pflaume presents events such as award ceremonies and galas with a great deal of charm, sympathy and expertise in his chosen profession.
