Amir came to Berlin in 1987 as an unaccompanied 11-year-old and spent his youth in a school hostel. At the age of 27, the industrial engineer founded the VISPIRON group of companies. Here, around 500 energy and mobility enthusiasts develop, plan, build and operate solar parks, energy storage systems, charging infrastructure and shared mobility as well as smart energy and mobility solutions.
Ernst & Young awarded him the "Entrepreneur of the Year" prize back in 2014. In 2021, his energy portfolio received the German Sustainability Award. Capital magazine ranks Amir as one of Germany's top 40 talents in the field of business. His group of companies has been named "Germany's best employer" several times. The talks given by this exemplary entrepreneur are impressive, informative and entertaining.
