Violinist for weddings & events
Japan, Portugal, Holland, France, Austria and Italy - Annika Bernklau (Anni Vio) regularly performs at home and abroad. Her musical career began at an early age: she started playing the violin at the age of 5 and was already successful in competitions at a young age. For example, she won first prize at the national Jugend Musiziert competition. The German violinist is classically trained and completed her Bachelor of Music in Augsburg and Master of Music at the famous Mozarteum in Salzburg. The violinist has already performed with various orchestras in world-famous venues such as the Elbphilharmonie, the Munich Philharmonie and the Vienna Musikverein, as well as in Tokyo and Amsterdam. She has appeared on stage with renowned conductors such as Mariss Jansons, Daniel Harding and Daniele Gatti as well as soloists such as Julia Fischer, Mischa Maisky and Anne-Sophie Mutter.
She is currently focussing on her concert activities as an orchestral musician and on performances in the event sector.
But classical music is not the only thing on Annika's programme. Through her collaboration with artists such as David Garrett, Roland Kaiser, Helene Fischer and Andreas Gabalier, Annika has realised that she would also like to offer music from other genres, with which she has been framing events of all kinds for years now. Jazz, pop, lounge music and club music are therefore also an integral part of her live performances alongside classical music. Annika currently performs regularly at home and abroad and can be booked for events such as weddings, company celebrations or brand events.
