When electronic club beats meet a powerful brass band, the result is a sound that defies traditional categorisation. Brass2Beats combines modern club sounds with the powerful energy of a brass band. Trumpet, saxophone, trombone, tuba, percussion and vocals meet the DJ’s beats and merge into an energetic live show that’s a cross between a club, a festival and a marching band.
The DJ and band don’t simply play alongside one another, but as a unified musical ensemble. Thumping brass riffs, driving grooves, live mash-ups and direct interaction with the audience create a unique dynamic. The musicians can perform on stage, move through the audience as a walking act, or combine both approaches.
Brass2Beats offers a flexible XXL format, particularly for large-scale events. With an expanded line-up, including additional brass players and percussionists, the result is greater intensity, more movement and a powerful presence on large stages, festival grounds, in arenas or stadiums.
