The Disco Dice project has been a successful and established part of German club culture since 1998. The two heads behind the Afro wigs that have become a trademark are are Torsten and Steffen. Both ran the most popular record shop in Dresden for many years. They were therefore able to bring a wealth of experience and musical background to their Disco Dice project. Disco Dice were celebrated residents of the legendary German Club in Dresden. Other references include the Sage Club (Berlin), the Nachtresidenz (Düsseldorf), the Tiefenrausch (Cologne), the Oxa (Zurich), the Nachtcafe (Leipzig) and many popular clubs in Russia.
They continue to play to sold-out clubs and at major festivals such as Sonne Mond Sterne, Sputnik Spring Break and Street Parade.
Disco Dice are also known for a whole series of successful singles such as "The Letter" and "Let's Have A Party", which have not only played up and down the DJ charts, but also on radio stations such as NJoy and Sunshine Live. Disco Dice Mix Sets are regularly played on Radio NRJ, MDR Sputnik and Radio Top40.
