Ede Sachsenmeyer

Sachsenmeyer is undoubtedly a veteran of Saxon cabaret - he has been on stage for over thirty years, including twenty years in his own theatre in Chemnitz. In recent years, he has mainly performed outside the city on stages in Saxony, but also nationwide.

His trademark is the blue Dederon coat and his cultivated Saxon dialect.

There is always a lot to laugh about with him - whether he is talking about himself and his work as a caretaker or about his 'Gudste'. But what he has to say about the world and politics is not only daring, but also often gets to the heart of the matter!

And - it's obvious that the Saxons are 'sächsy'. Add to that the cool dialect - who can hold a candle to the Saxons?
