Cabaret, music & comedy
With its unique blend of satirical revue, comedy and music, the Weimar cabaret has earned itself a firm place in the German cabaret scene. The combination of quick-witted punchlines, spontaneity and a varied programme ensures that every performance is fresh and unexpected. With its ability to both make people laugh and make them think, the ensemble regularly wins awards for its shows and attracts a wide audience.
A particular feature is the flexibility of the artists, who can adapt the programme to different occasions - be it political cabaret or humorous musical interludes. Bernard Liebermann, a seasoned cabaret artist, contributes his many years of stage experience from the renowned "Leipziger Pfeffermühle", while Thierry Gelloz and Daniel Gracz complement the performances with musical talent and charm. This versatile troupe is present both on tour and on the radio, and their shows, such as the long-running hit "Goethe Zeiten, schlechte Zeiten" and the Christmas play "Pleiten, Pech und Tannen", never fail to delight.
