Sylvie Françoise Meis initially began her career as a model, but quickly gained her first experience in television after winning a casting for the TV channel TMF. Shortly afterwards, she was voted "Sexiest Woman" in the Netherlands. She then appeared for two years in the soap opera "Costa", where she took on the role of the barmaid "Ice". In between, she hosted the annual TMF Awards.
Sylvie Meis has appeared as a guest on various talk shows and sat on the jury of "Das Supertalent" alongside Dieter Bohlen, Bruce Darnell and later Motsi Mabuse.
In 2010, Meis danced in the show "Let's Dance", where she ended up in second place. From 2011 to 2017, the presenter of the programme can write her name in her profile. Together with her co-presenter Daniel Hartwich, she received the "Bavarian Television Award" for this in 2012.
Sylvie Meis hosts events such as galas, award ceremonies and fashion shows confidently in German or, as a native of the Netherlands, in her native language.
