I am Cornelia Findeisen and I make "mammoths agile".

Crises and battlefields are my everyday life. I have been living and working in France for many years, as a top executive in the public sector, now as head of the interministerial human resources department of the state IT sector. This job isn't just about change, it's almost about revolution, upheaval, about far-reaching transformation programmes where things are turned upside down.

But I also have a few other jobs and tasks, I am a mother of three daughters, an author and also a trainer and coach for start-ups and innovative projects. And a speaker.

My topics ? Leadership, resilience, innovation, transformation, change & new work.

I prefer to work with a lot of humour. Because humour is simply unbeatable when you want to convey serious, difficult messages and would rather open up energetic perspectives than moan and rant.

I usually provide a breath of fresh air and new energy (at least that's what my clients and my teams say) and help them to approach life and work like an exciting adventure trip, without forgetting to have fun.
